Plain-language terms for using ChapelCheck:
1. Authorized Consent
By registering a child or creating a church workspace, I confirm that I am authorized by the
family, church, or ministry to provide the information submitted to ChapelCheck.
2. Accurate Registration Information
I agree to provide current child names, guardian names, relationship details, emergency contact
information, church details, and church selection. I will contact church staff or ChapelCheck if
information needs to be corrected.
3. Check-In and Check-Out Use
ChapelCheck is used to help churches confirm who is checked in, who may pick up a child, and when a
child has been checked out. I understand that guardian secret keys are part of that process and should
be kept private.
4. Emergency Contact Use
I understand the church may use the emergency phone number or email address to contact a parent or
guardian about safety, attendance, pickup questions, illness, injury, or urgent ministry needs.
5. Acceptable Use
I will not enter false information, use another guardian's secret key without permission, interfere
with the system, create duplicate church accounts to avoid plan limits, or attempt to access child or
church information that I am not authorized to view.
6. Church Policies Still Apply
ChapelCheck supports church safety workflows, but it does not replace adult supervision, ministry
policies, staff judgment, identity checks, emergency procedures, or mandatory reporting obligations.
7. Updates
These terms may be updated as ChapelCheck or church procedures change. Continued use of the
registration and attendance workflow means the updated terms apply.
