How to Register Your Family

A step-by-step guide for parents and guardians

Follow these steps to register children for safe church check-in, pickup, and emergency contact support.

1Go to Register Your FamilyOpen the registration page to begin your family registration.
2Choose the ChurchSelect the church your children will attend.
3Add Each ChildEnter each child's full name. Use Add Another Child if you are registering siblings.
4Enter Emergency ContactProvide one emergency contact email and phone number. This contact applies to all children in this registration.
5Add Registration Access CodeEnter today's Registration Access Code if church staff gave you one. Leave this blank if your church does not require a code.
6Add Authorized Pickup GuardiansAt least one guardian is required. Add every adult allowed to check in or pick up these children.
  • Full legal name
  • Secret key, at least 8 characters
  • Relationship to the child
  • Last 4 characters of ID for staff verification
7Accept Terms & Security PolicyReview and accept the Terms of Service and Church Security Policy.
8Submit RegistrationClick Register Child Safely or Register Children Safely to finish.
After You Register
Church staff can use your information for check-in. For checkout and pickup verification. For emergency contact support. Only church administrators can edit child or guardian information after submission.

How to Check In

Use the guardian secret key and daily check-in code to mark children present when they arrive.

1Select ChurchChoose the church where the child is attending.
2Enter Secret KeyUse your private guardian key to find authorized children.
3Add Check-In CodeEnter today's code if the church requires one.
4Confirm ChildSelect the child and finish the check-in.

How to Check Out

Confirm the authorized guardian, check out selected children together, and keep the signed receipt ready for staff.

1Select ChurchStart with the church where children are checked in.
2Checkout CodeEnter today's checkout code when it appears.
3Guardian KeyUse the secret key for an authorized pickup adult.
4Receipt ReadyConfirm checkout and show the QR receipt if staff asks.
The checkout receipt proves a completed, signed checkout for the selected children. Start Check-Out

Church Helpers and Admins

Use the church dashboard to support families, monitor attendance, and manage safety codes.

Manage Guardians

  1. Open the church admin dashboard.
  2. Use Manage Guardians to review authorized adults.
  3. Use Edit beside a child to update child or guardian details.

  1. Open the dashboard to see today's counts.
  2. Review checked-in, checked-out, and absent children.
  3. Download the report when you need a CSV record.

  1. Set today's registration, check-in, and check-out codes.
  2. Use a child's Check In or Check Out button if a family needs help.
  3. Enter the required daily code before confirming.

  1. Open the super admin dashboard.
  2. Create a church with its first admin login.
  3. Edit, delete, or update church setup from the church list.
